The following are a small collection of comments from Warcraftmovies.com. The most nasty and bitter posts have all been deleted by the admins, along with posts that gave low ratings out of spite. These were the posts that went along the lines of "FUCK YOU MUTE! RATED 1, BECAUSE I HATE YOU!". Unfortunately I didn't keep a record of these. There are still several entertaining posts remaining. These players do not rate the film or will add a comment about "nice editing" to prevent their posts from being deleted. These posts were made on Episode 3 several years after it's release (after TBC).

Lol, cannot say how much i hate those movies, they suck so hard and the whining warlock ZOMG WARLOCK? Warlock = deathcoil dots watch tv and bang enemy dead. and ur only fighting no skill nuub players wich is like half afk just looking at ya and ur like omg im so imbbaaa! no rate.
I liked the ganking... but... The agruement the warlock was using was pathetic. Yea. Give me a buncha dodge, attack and crit with no stam. See where it gets you. We DO need stam with that agility. As for his whole "I need a whole class set to do something to my dmg" Okay. Yea. Sure. I guess 4k dmg of DoT isn't enough already? Trinkets? C'mon... get real.
Holy crap...this is by far one of the lamest movies ive ever seen. You come in complaining about how overpowered rogues are so you make one, spend the time to gear him just to show us. Really what i think this is about is you getting sick of being a noob warlock so you decide to create a rogue. As for the not using cooldowns everyfight...WTF!?! I saw in MANY occasions you using all of your cooldowns not once but TWICE!!! More than half of these fights were OBVIOULSY staged. Who the hell in their right mind would just sit there and auto-attack you to death while your attacking them with a worn dagger? STAGED UP THE BUTT!!!!!!! QQ more about rogues and go L2Play your warlock.
I don't like these movies at all. Read the comments in Polzie's movies who are so true, coming from a way more skilled rogue. This movie is suposed to show that rogues are imba. Well, watching a UD rogue running around with 2 HW dual's and rest full epic cant say proofs me much. And when you fight those players when you only where that low lvl dagger etc, they look very unskilled. I think you need to play more on your lock and less on this rogue.
Also I will not, as reVengeance did, these are the most gay, staged encounters I could ever predict. I have a 60 Rogue (Laughing Skull, Alliance) and a lvl 28. I owned 60 Shamans, beat 60 Mages when my first Rogue was just 29. No geared Rogue in their mind would run from a sisified Undead with a Worn Dagger. I know I wouldn't and instead turn around and beat that ass like Mama used to. Also, a 21/8/22 build is the most overused piece of crap I have ever seen and you demonstrate pure lack of skill. How many times did you burn your cooldowns on these mock enemies and how often was Prep used. Talk about a ure demo of no skill coupled with no real enemies. I mean look at some of these Warrior fights. I fought Epic'd Warriors and Shamans working together and got owned with Mortal Strike, Deep Wound, Execute out the mother loving ass. These gay staged warriors auto-attacked you like WTF did you just buy your account. Please redo this lame garbage before you attempt to bash the hell out of the Rogue class with this crap. Fight real opponents and not sisies. Stop this staged crap!
Ok first you need to play a rogue before you assume they are overpowered the fights you see in this video show the rogue using all of his coodlowns... htats once every 10 and it doesnt work out in every fight.... in videoes it is very easy to show what happens when you own rather than what happens every time.... if you saw all the fights he had to lose in themakeing you wouldnt think the same thing... yes rogues can destroy but so can warlocks warriors mages... every class... some more than others yes.... but blizzard cant be perfect... thats just part of the game you ahve to deal with it sucks... but you can't do anything about it so enjoy the game... these fights were selective but i can still see skill you really are playing the class well but that doesn't mean that its overpowered ... thats why i love hte test server i can play any class at 60 that i want and not level it... and i do find that casters get better bonuses from their gear... havnt you heard of the high crits casters take away their gear and they dont have that high crit 1 crit from a caster and the target is nearly dead... i played a test server mage and i can kill anyone wihtout them hitting me warlocks too... i have destroyed some people without anyone... so really please try a class before you deem it overpowered because gear+skill=oeverpowered please consider this before you just consider a class overpowerd ... and when is the last time you saw a buff for rogues... they have been getting worse since the begginging whether it was noted nurfs or not.. sometimes they nerf rogues without saying anything in the patch notes and i really get tired of hearing people tell me my class is overpowred they really need ot learn to play theirs... because i have beat multiple rogues with everyclass without trying you just need to know what your doing blizzard gave you the powers there is a warlock on my server that uses a firestone + swrd to destroy everyone in tier 2 rogues especially so please please con
Drakedog doesn?t use deathcoil. During The example of how useful fear is, death coil isn?t used either?Hmmm?l2 deathcoil, then fear. That?s all a well geared warlock needs to kill any rogue. Their health will be 75% gone before fear wears and they get back to the lock. Pali in the beginning of the video doesn?t use stun once to heal, only shield. The hunter in the begining scatter shots once, then keeps his pet on you so it takes the effect off. The warrior that?s around 6:50 in to the video doesn?t keep a DOT on your so you couldn?t restealth from far away to cheap shot again. The pali thats 8 min in to the video doesn?t stun once to heal. That is how you could win with two buttons alone against those people. They suck bad. You didn?t rapture the rogue that you attack around 7 min in to the video so she couldn?t vanish or blind and bandage. So she sucks because she didn?t do either. You ask DD about PvP trinket. I ask you about death coil. You have skill as a rogue and movies are good more or less. Now try to learn your warlock as good as you learnt rogue. And then I quess we can see your pwnage as Mute. Personally I have rogue, lock, shammy, priest and warrior all 60. Rogues life is hardest. Just because I am not always in stealth. And who are always? :)
did you ever stop to think the fact you cant PvP on your warlock is because you dont know how to play your warlock, when you demonstrated that rogues have a "advantage" over warlocks, you had respec'd your rogue to enhance that particular aspect of its play, and the duel with "drakedog" wasent very good, when he got out of stunlock its common sense to use death coil, then fear because the rogue had already used both will of the forskaen and the PvP trinkit, also most rogues i know dont use a PvP trinkit all the time, when they see somone to go and "gank" you dont realy think twice about that your wearing, because they get away. asside from what i said ubove, i love your humor and i love the movies. rogues are ALOT harder to play than you make out, yes they are "overpowered" in a way but they also require skill, not as much as other classes but they still need skill.
lol this is actually pretty lame XD rogues are definetly NOT overpowered, look at your own class plz? maybe a rogue can 2 hit someone if he's very lucky but u can 1hit ppl; or place a few DoT's on another player and its certain that that player is gonna die within 15 sec -_- . Pretty lame to make such a vid, as rogues are already nerfed, but ok i liked the way u edited etc. all nicely done :)
Well you are not totally right.. When a rogue meet a warlock in duel we most keep them stunlocked or else we get so much pwned 1 death coild and we need to use some Coldowns to have a chance to win the duel the locks just put up curses and we die other classes just heal and pwn, its hard to be a rogue, in ur movie you just duel noobs
was proven that the fights where staged editeing was great but staged fights....
I wish I had kept more of the classic forum posts. There were so many absolutely retarded posts that would have been fun to permanently record. Unfortunately I only have a few. If you have a record of or link to an interesting rogue post, feel free to send it to me. The following is a real post. It was written by a rogue named Savajtreyl in response to Episode 3. Keep in mind this was written at a time when world pvp was alive and well. This was an extremely popular thread on the rogue forums, and became the standard for the rogue essays that followed. Many rogues did not actually watch the video, instead they just read anti-roguecraft posts and repeated them word for word. Yet he left it in, and continued to repeated it. "Retracted, despite being an a**hole about it, Rhand is correct. The other points still stand, tho!".

2) Several (if not all) the battles were staged. Notice how the maker uses potions and bangages? Notice that almost
NONE of his opponents do? Notice that he gets the first shot everytime? EVEN WHEN IN IRONFORGE! When he fights
the elf warrior naked, the warrior is wielding a 2 handed axe, he uses evasion and, strangely, the warrior NEVER ONCE
USES OVERPOWER! Despite being in Battle Stance almost the entire battle! Only one of the warlocks casts fear.
The druid waits until he is damn near dead to cast entangling roots. 2 of the paladins never bubbled. And don't even
get me started on the sorry ass rogues he kills. (not to mention, what does killing another rogue prove?
Especially the same one over and over again?) And the list goes on...either it's staged or he found the biggest bunch
of newbs on the planet to kill.
3) He only shows his best. Everyone who has played a rogue to 60 should have noticed that he uses EVERY MOVE
including those with LONG cooldowns in every fight. We only get to see battles with the most topnotch shots.
4) He GANKS. Most of the battles involve him either attacking someone WHILE they are fighting, him vanishing
mobs onto his target, the target being clearly labeled AFK, the target is clearly doing something
(talking to vendor, trading in IF, etc) and he never once doesn't get the first shot in.
(Granted ganking is Easier with a rogue, but a warlock employing the same tactics would #@!& most other
people, too. Warlock: invis potion, shadowbolt, fear, exhaustion, corrupt, immolate etc...and
the Warlock could be just as 'good')
5) He changes builds to suit the situation. He is obviously a ghost rogue for fighting some people
(premeditation, imp sap, preparation, ghostly strike) and clearly combat against others (Coldblood,
imp gouge, imp kick).
Final thoughts: Ok, let's take a look Savajtreyl's work of absolute brilliance. *1 - He starts right off lying. This can't be a mistake. Mute never said he wouldn't use bandages. English isn't that hard is it? How can you mistake this? And Mute never used a potion during the 27 fights of the pvp section. Yet he says "he used both in almost every battle". It's disturbing that Rogues seem to have no hesitation lyng to create "lies" in the video. *2 - How does he prove the fights are staged? By lying. He repeats that Mute used potions. Then he states "almost NONE of his opponents do", a high number did, most weren't given the chance. Mute only fought two paladins, they both bubbled. It may be difficult to see the second paladin's actual bubble animation, but it's impossible to miss the dozens of "immune"s. There were only 2 warlocks. One seduced (you can't use both, they share diminishing returns). The other is standing in a crowd in Ironforge. And which rogue does Mute fight over and over again? Why didn't the NE warrior with the axe overpower during evasion? Because A) Mute didn't dodge and B) he feared and bandaged instead! How does he know he's in the battle stance? He did not use any moves that require battle stance. The druid was alive a total of 15 seconds. About 10 of those seconds he was stunned. It's not like he had long to wait. And finally, the author ignores basic aspects of his class. Mute gets the first shot every time? "EVEN IN IRONFORGE!" No shit? That's called being a rogue. Has he ever played a rogue? What does it prove to kill other rogues? That stealth, surprise, and stunlocks are what wins the fight. *3 - He ignores that Mute was naked when using "every cooldown". And he claims that Mute selected only the lucky fights. This reveals that our author was a very bad rogue. Only the most unskilled rogues at this time lost often. These were not lucky fights. We showed what we had. We were showing actual pvp. This retard had no idea what "the best" was. If we had wanted to impress, we would have taken several months to hunt down the best players on the server, as Mute did the next year. We would not have included players who made mistakes. And this would not have shown real pvp. Rogues fought players who made mistakes (this is part of being surprised), they always got the first hit, and they almost never lost. *4 - The author again proves how clueless he is, or dishonest. "He GANKS", "he never once doesn't get the first shot in". GANKS YOU SAY!?! FIRST SHOT YOU SAY!?! Surely a stealthed rogue never gets the first shot? And warlocks "use the same tactics"? I wasn't aware that warlocks had stealth. Oh, wait, he meant they should buy invisibility pots for every fight. And he continues to make shit up. Mute didn't fight anyone on a mob. Who did he vanish mobs onto? Only one target was labeled afk, and that player was fighting back the entire time. The players trading in the IF auction house were standing in a crowd of ~50 alliance. *5 - Another classic accusation. "Changes his build to suit the situation"... Mute had 3 builds in this video. His leveling build, full prep (he never used ghostly strike), and CB/Prep. A total of 6 gold was spent on respecs. The author, like most rogues, failed to grasp the near astrophysics concept of videos being shown out of chronological order. How exactly, when Mute fights warriors, mages, etc with both daggers and swords, is he "[changing] his build to suit the situation"? Some warriors are easier with daggers apparently, some with swords? *6 - A rogue gets the first strike every time. That's stealth. "When I use all of my long cooldown moves who doesn't know I am gonna own them" lol! When do opponents know beforehand that a rogue is going to own them? And he continues to ignore that Mute was naked while using all of his cooldowns. "All of my long cooldowns". This video was made in the days of world pvp, when rogues were free to wait on every cooldown before a fight. In battlegrounds, it was pretty rare to find a rogue naked, usually they had dps/dodge/crit/stamina, and weren't in the same situation. With gear you could just spam ss like a retard. Like all of our critics, this rogue refused to acknowledge the strengths of his class. As if every rogue ran around unstealthed. He lies in order to create the "lies" he accused us of. And did not understand the concepts he was discussing. His entire post was foolish nonsense he spewed because he didn't like the message of the film. What would remain if you removed all of the stupidity and lies?
