Requirements

You must be available Tuesday (8pm-12am EST), Wednesday (8pm-12am EST), and Thursday (8pm-12am EST).
You must have Ventrilo.
You must have the appropriate talent spec
You be attuned/keyed to the appropriate dungeons.
You must be Level 70
You must speak English

Recruitment Process
If your application is accepted, you will be invited to join as recruit.
During this time you will be expected to attend all raids. If for any reason you are
unable to make a raid, 24 hour advance notice is required. You will earn full DKP during your
recruitment, but will have a lower priority on loot. Recruitment lasts until you show
that you will make a valuable addition, or prove that you will not. While the leaders make the final call, the decision
will be the result of your actions and attitude. During your time in RTZS, the
recruiters will be looking for the following;

A mature attitude about raiding. Raiding requires the teamwork of 25 people.
When you arrive late, leave early, or fail to pay attention, 24 other people are forced
to wait. Having a serious attitude doesn't mean you raid 24/7. It means that when you
agree to attend a raid, you are considerate to the 24 people counting on you.
Self sufficiency. Raiding requires consumables and gear. The leaders can not
support you. Do not expect your consumables to be supplied. Do not expect to be invited if
you're wearing level 65 greens. We need raiders who can pull their own weight.
A positive and patient attitude. Learning encounters requires time. In order to
progress, we need to keep trying, and that means wiping. If a few gold for repair costs isn't
worth downing bosses, this isn't the guild for you.
A knowledge of your class. Guides and information are easy to find. Make sure you
understand your class before applying.
Respect for others. Harassing or insulting other members is not tolerated.
The ability to accept criticism. Everyone has room for improvement. Can you hear
suggestions without becoming offended?
Ability to follow directions. If you want to raid with us, don't hold us up while
we wait for you to alt-tab back. Make sure you paying attention. Also, suggestions are
welcome. Trying to grab control of a raid/guild and demand things be done your way is not.
Regular attendance. We need members we can count on. We ask members attend
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you miss 3 of 4 raids during the recruitment
process, do not expect to be accepted.
