Introduction

Hello there! The following 20 some questions will tell us about your character, your knowledge of the class, your personality, and your ability to work with a team. In short, they'll tell us if you'll make a good addition to our team. It's impossible to know for certain though until you've raided with us, but this will give us enough to go on until then. It really doesn't take that much effort to fill these fields out, so we ask that you do your best to answer each completely and honestly. In exchange we'll carefully look over and consider what you've given us. If on the other hand you skip or answer questions sloppily, we won't take your application seriously.

It's possible we may not have room for your specific character at this time. In this case we would encourage you to continue to check with us for open spots. Responses to your application should be within the first day, but we ask you to allow time for us to discuss and review. If you do not hear from us within a few days, feel free to contact a leader, and they will update you on the status of your application. Thanks! Hope to be raiding with you in the future!

Game Name: The name of the character you are applying with.

Race: Please select your primary character's race.

Class: Please select your primary character's class.

Email: We need your email to contact you. Don't worry, we won't sell it.

Link to your Armory Profile and also please describe any other gear that you have for raiding.

What is your preferred spec and are you willing to respec to fit the guild's needs?

What stats to you prioritize for? In addition please give an example of your most used spell or your spell rotation if you are a dps class.

Learning PVE encounters can take a lot of time to learn, for example i think we spent about 10 hours learning the Kael'thas encounter. Do you have a problem with wiping and learning encounters?

How do you take criticism about your class and your performance in raids?

Why did you choose Rogues take zero skill over the other guilds of Arthas?

What is your previous guild history? Why did you leave? [IN DEPTH]

What raid experience do you have pre-BC and post-BC? Please be detailed.

What do you feel you can bring to Rogues take zero skill? Why should we accept you in our ranks?

With 25 man raids, spots are very competitive and generally are given to the highest performed players. Are you willing to compete for your spot? Are you willing to sit at times? We treat trials with respect and skill is always > seniority.

Post a screenshot of your UI. Preferably in a raiding environment but if one is not available at least describe where raiding things would be.

Do you have Shadow resist gear? If you don't do you have the mats to craft them or are you willing to farm the mats to craft them?

Please list theses five choices from greatest importance to least importance when you are playing World of Warcraft: Loot, Friendship, PVP, Fun, New Content

Requirements

Recruitment process;

- If accepted, you will be a recruit over a period of approximately two weeks. During this time you will earn dkp, but you will not have equal priority on loot with members.

- You may be asked to respecialize your talent points in order to join. You will be required to keep this build in all raiding, unless you speak to a leader and he gives you the ok to change specs.

- Immediately upon being invited, you will be required to activate a forum account. To be given full access on your forum account, let a leader know after you've activated it, or respond to the "Post here for access" thread in the General/Public forums.

The result of your recruitment will be decided by Margg(Skybreather) (GM), but will be the result of your performance. As a member, you will be expected to contribute to the team.
