What is your preferred spec and are you willing to respec to fit the guild's needs?
Feral DPS. I have a decent Resto set and am willing to heal some but I don't want to change it for good as I do not think I am very good as a healer
What stats to you prioritize for? In addition please give an example of your most used spell or your spell rotation for healing and/or DPSing.
Arp and agility. Keep SR, mangle, rip, rake up use shred to build CP's. FB when you can and you dont risk anything falling off.
Learning PVE encounters can take a lot of time to learn. Do you have a problem with wiping and learning encounters?

Nobody takes criticism perfectly all the time but I will try and do my best to correct the problem no matter how butt hurt I am about fucking upo and getting called out on it
Why did you choose Rogues take zero skill over the other guilds of Arthas?
Heard nothing but good things about this guild. Doing very good in raiding

Transferred here from Boulderfist I left because of lack of progression. Joined Adelante that I left because I didn't like the raid environment of constant yelling all the time instead of finding out the problem and fixing it.
Joined Rocket Science and don't raid with them anymore so I am looking for a new home.
What raid experience do you have pre-BC, TBC, and in WOTKL? Please be detailed.
BC I didn't do much as I had just started playing so only got Kara, Mag, ZA done. In Wrath I have OS3d pre 3.1 and all other content except Algalon, Heroic Anub, and I have only done the first 4 bosses in ICC as I just moved and could never get a Pug good enough to clear more than those.

With 25 man raids, spots are very competitive and generally are given to the highest performed players. Are you willing to compete for your spot? Are you willing to sit at times? We treat trials with respect and skill is always > seniority.
Respect is big with me and I'm fine competing for a spot. Just don't like sitting everynight and still expected to be logged on and never given a chance to come back to 1st string if I get moved to 2nd string.

Here are some specific PVE questions:
1. Which target must the DPS switch to when Lord Marrowgar casts Bone Spike Graveyard and why? To the bone spikes because if they are not DPS'd down they will kill whoever is spiked.
2. What must you do when you get the Blood Nova debuff on the Deathbringer Saurfang encounter?
Make sure that you are not whithin 12yds of another player so that you don't chain it to other players. He will gain 2 runic power for every player hit
3. Why must Shadow Strike be interrupted on the Anub'arak (Heroic) encounter? So that the adds do not 1 shot a healer, tank (hit from behind), or a dps. they add will "teleport" behind a player and 1 shot them so you interrupt shadowstrike to prevent this
4. During Anub'arak (Heroic) how many permafrost are you limited to each submerge phase?
1) No feral charge???????? strike one...and two... 2) No WWS or WMO report. If you remember, what boss was that recount report from that is showing?

I have never liked charge really and the only time I ever used it was in some world PvP. I could spec into it but I don't see the point in it really. Yea, it would help me get to boss and all faster but I run in with everyone else so...
Like I said before, DPS and gear looks solid, even if you are doin some agi/crit for bonuses of under 6agi...

Sure, you run in with everyone else at the beginning so you don't get instagibbed. The great thing about feral charge is that some bosses make you run away for a few seconds, but then you can get back into the fight safely before other melee. Feral charge is a pretty mandatory feral talent, for any feral spec.
We currently have 2 consistently raiding feral DPS druids, so it might be tough for you to even get a trial, but I'm no officer. One should be around to check out the app shortly.

That's a very good point that I have never thought of.
I'm not upset if I don't get a trial. I was talking to one of the officers in game and he/she said to app so I did. I know I don't have the best gear in the world but I feel that I do pretty good DPS for my gear level.

LIke carn has said your gear is fine and and I do agree on the feral charge its a must to have imo.
The problem is we have 2 feral druids atm and the only possible roll I could even think we might have a spot for is for a feral tank who goes dps when not needing 3 tanks.
