Learning PVE encounters can take a lot of time to learn. Do you have a problem with wiping and learning encounters? No, although it usually takes me about 1 wipe to figure out my own shit.
How do you take criticism about your class and your performance in raids? Fine.
Why did you choose Rogues take zero skill over the other guilds of Arthas? One of the top guilds on the server, raiding times fit well.
What is your previous guild history? Why did you leave? [IN DEPTH] Solstace, Was a top 50 guild on auchidon in BC, I was an officer in this guild, a number of us including the GM were offered spots to raid with exodus. Personally I hate exodus and imo, arent very good just do a rediculous amount of overrecruiting, piss people off and raid non stop. So I was against it, most of the core group left (and ended up being benched, go figure). Since auchi is a low pop server there wasnt much talent to fill the void, we went on for a bit but eventually I packed it in and transfered off.
Remedy - Another high end guild on black wing lair, I had transfered over there under the assumption I had a raid spot, within 3 days of joining, the GM had "merged" the guild with 15 new people despite the fact we already had no problem with attendence and were already overstaffed.
Rocket Science - Pretty much the same deal, despite the fact I was better then a lot of the raiders. I lack a set of tits / the ability to suck the GMs dick and thus alts get priority over me.
Pretty simple, Im looking for another long term guild like Solstace was, a place where the GM isnt out to gear out himself and his officers and were things like performence and attendence matter. Someplace where guild members actually help each other and give a shit would be nice too. I have no problem speaking to you guys in vent if youd like details on anything else. What do you feel you can bring to Rogues take zero skill? Why should we accept you in our ranks? 100% attendence, leadership experience, experience in very high level raiding environments, I've read led for over two years. I am very competetive and always look to improve my game and push myself and as long as people arent slacking am pretty easy to please.
With 25 man raids, spots are very competitive and generally are given to the highest performed players. Are you willing to compete for your spot? Are you willing to sit at times? We treat trials with respect and skill is always > seniority. That's fine, although badges are kind of an important thing ATM, so sitting in 25m ICC would kind of suck. If I am accepted id just like to talk to the officers on how this works, or if we have an alt 25m ICC or anything like that. One reason I am joining a guild is so i can get clears of ICC 25/10 if nothing else.
Post a screenshot of your UI. Preferably in a raiding environment but if one is not available at least describe where raiding things would be. My ui is very very basic. DBM, Blizz frames, dominohs and some CD timers. Im not opposed to add ons, but i've played for a long time with very minimal add ons, not that im opposed to getting any if needed.

Please provide a link to a WWS report for the most recent raid you attended, if possible (WWS will give us a good idea of what you're capable of and also go a long way in helping you get a trial) Unforunately I got sat non stop in rocket science and I dont think they ran WWS for their alt 25m. I can tell you on even gear I will easily be one of ur top dps. And currently do anywhere from 6500-8500 dps depending on the fight.
Here are some specific PVE questions:
1. Which target must the DPS switch to when Lord Marrowgar casts Bone Spike Graveyard and why? Bone spikes, because they impale players slowing dps, stopping heals.
2. What must you do when you get the Blood Nova debuff on the Deathbringer Saurfang encounter? Stay spread out so he doesnt gain more BP
3. Why must Shadow Strike be interrupted on the Anub'arak (Heroic) encounter? Have to interupt it so he doesnt one shot someone
4. During Anub'arak (Heroic) how many Permafrost are you limited to per Submerge phase? 2.
Thanks for taken the time to apply blah blah blah. The bottom line is we already raid with2 hunters and their attendance is damn near 100% and we have enough dps usually to fill the raid so you wouldnt have a spot to raid in with our current roster.
