As far as my helm goes i know it sucks but i will have my T10 Helm tuesday. Ive been generous with helms for other healers and tokens going to people who really really need them. I have done just fine with it.
I have a number of librams and trinkets that i use for different situations depending on what im doing and the encounter. For example during Saurfang fight i use a lot of flash so i will use a spell power trinket over my level 200 intellect trinket. I also have a ICC ready tanking set for off spec that i have had to use a time or two for 10 mans. I also have a retribution set but has kind of fallen behind on gear.

What is your preferred spec and are you willing to respec to fit the guild's needs?
My preferred spec is Holy however I have on a number of occasions for my guild changed spec to both tanking and retribution. I have used all three paladin specs in the past as main specs to fill voids and slots. I like to be useful my main focus isn't just to get gear and show off gear score. My focus is getting things down and achievement a common goal. Gear is simply a bonus. Whatever it takes to get the job done.

What stats to you prioritize for? In addition please give an example of your most used spell or your spell rotation for healing and/or DPSing.
My main stats i look for are Intellect, crit, and haste. I gem full Intellect for maximum mana/crit/spell power. I don't like to have slow heals and high crit not only helps my healing but regenerates my mana. MY healing rotation is fairly simple. I throw up a beacon usually on the off tank unless told otherwise. I Sacred Shield one of the tanks again depending on the situation(most of the time main tank)I flash heal to give the HoT and then i spam Holy Lights. That is if i am in charge of both tanks. When I am in charge of one tank i beacon my heal target with sacred shield and i will Holy shock and flash of light heal the raid thus healing both my tank target and raid members and i will holy light my tank as needed. High damage encounters i will Often use Divine Shield and Divine Sacrafice to lower the damage dealt. There are lots of little tricks that can be done in different encounters that will help make things easy. I am not afraid to use all my skills and be useful. There is more to being a Holy Paladin than just spam healing.

Learning PVE encounters can take a lot of time to learn. Do you have a problem with wiping and learning encounters?
Trial and Error are the best ways to do most things. Raiding is no different. I have no problems spending a night wiping especially if we are making progress.

How do you take criticism about your class and your performance in raids?
I would still be a noob level 40 i think if i didn't take criticism well. It has helped me to become the player i am today. As long as it is done in a respectful manner, I will never have a problem with criticism. If my performance is not up to par I encourage the help to make it better.

Why did you choose Rogues take zero skill over the other guilds of Arthas?
I used to play on Arthas and when i logged on a level one and ran to orgrimmar it was the first familiar guild that i saw. I remember RTZS being a rather respected guild and I know that this guild likes to progress. Makes the decision easy when you have some things in common. I also never experienced any negative actions from any RTZS members or even heard of any. Overall it seems like a mature guild.

What is your previous guild history? Why did you leave? [IN DEPTH]
On Arthas, Pre BC i couldn't play a whole lot so my raid experience stopped at MC. At level 70 i joined The Relinquished on my priest. We raided several months together until the guild fell apart in the summer time due to lack of attendance. After that I spent a lot of time pugging and leveling my Paladin. I transfered to Nathreziem for awhile to play with irl friends. We raided about the same as The Relinquished and it allowed me to gear up a bit. After my irl quit the game i transfered back to Arthas and pugged most things until a few friends joined the guild Ascendancy. With Ascendancy I raided Hyjal and Black Temple but never successfully killed Illidan due to always being replaced for someone else to come in....Free server transfers to Azshara come and a lot of my friends were going with Ascendancy there. We were only there a few weeks before Wraith of the Lich King released. Once I hit 80 lots of political drama was happening within Ascendancy (Who changed their name to Together We Are Terrific) I chose to leave the guild and not deal with the drama and joined a few progressing guilds on that server. Problem was with it being such a low population server (Lowest of all US servers) guilds didn't last very long. TWAT being the number one guild on the server even fell apart followed by the number two guild on the server who are now back together. Finally, I joined Delirium. A very good group of guys but not very dedicated anymore. We had good progression through Ulduar and ToC and ToGC but now that ICC is here we started wiping often on Festergut and Rotface. Farm night (Tuesday Night, first 4 bosses ICC) we had tons of people online for progression. Thursday and Sunday nights we had very little people online to make a solid 25 man and it has now been like this for two weeks. Our MT has now left the guild and we have not seen the GM in a few days. I am still currently in the guild. I will be leaving on good terms as i have every other guild. The low population server makes it easy to transfer because if you aren't raiding with your guild. There isn't anything else to do. It is so bad that i once spent 2 hours looking for Alliance to kill in the world and never found any until WG time.

What raid experience do you have pre-BC, TBC, and in WOTKL? Please be detailed.
Pre-BC i did Molten Core and ZG, TBC was when i really started to raid serious with of course Kara, Gruul, Mag, SSC, TK, ZA, MH, BT and very little Sunwell do to my work schedule at that time. With wrath I have done it all except Ulduar 25 hard modes and ToGC 25 I have only gotten past Northrend Beasts. For some reason my guild couldn't get past Lord J. ToGC 10 I have Tribute to Insanity. I have yet to down Rotface or Festergut but fully understand the fights and have gotten really close with my guild.

What do you feel you can bring to Rogues take zero skill? Why should we accept you in our ranks?
I bring dedication and reliability. I will make 99% of raids and I will always come prepared. I always have food and flasks and come fully repaired. I also in most cases bring enough to cover a few people if they forgot flasks. I don't afk during raids often and if i do raid leader will always know. I don't bring drama. I joke around some but hopefully everyone does a bit but when raid time hits I get very serious. I like to say im very positive and i like to stay active. I am not that guy who only logs on during raid times. I like to keep busy with heroics, bgs and farming. I do like to level characters and have good experience with most classes. Once I transfer all my alts over i will have 4 80's to fill any slots needed for off night raiding or what have you. Along with those 80's i bring lots of professions including enchanting, blacksmithing, jewelcrafting, alchemy, mining, tailoring, skinning and leatherworking. Those alts are Priest, Rogue, Death Knight and i will be starting a Warrior soon.

With 25 man raids, spots are very competitive and generally are given to the highest performed players. Are you willing to compete for your spot? Are you willing to sit at times? We treat trials with respect and skill is always > seniority.
I am not applying to demand a spot. I have no issues with earning a raid spot. I am confident that i am a good player and will always bring my A game. If someone happens to be better and i am sat so be it. All that means is i need to work on something and I will work to be better and get a spot back. I will always do what is best for the guild even if it means i might miss out on a few badges. As long as im in the guild and h ave the appropriate chances to prove myself i will never have any negativity towards decisions made for competitive spots. I am a tough fighter and will do what it takes to be in the raids.

Post a screenshot of your UI. Preferably in a raiding environment but if one is not available at least describe where raiding things would be.

I use healbot to heal with. So that is really the only thing missing from there. it would be a box on the left side of the screen.

Please list theses five choices from greatest importance to least importance when you are playing World of Warcraft: Loot, Friendship, PVP, Fun, New Content
Friendship, New Content, Fun, Loot, PVP

Please provide a link to a WWS report for the most recent raid you attended, if possible (WWS will give us a good idea of what you're capable of and also go a long way in helping you get a trial)
My guild does not run WWS. I asked and most people said what's that haha. I do know what it is but i do not run the client. What i do have is a Youtube video i made of my guilds first attempt at Marrowgar 25 man. I was was at a friends house at the time using very limited add ons with almost no time to set anything up and without my macros and key bindings being set. So if the skill looks a little bad im sorry im only posting this to give a glimpse of my healing. Keep in mind this was our first attempt ever. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=middHO2Wjoo

Here are some specific PVE questions:

1. Which target must the DPS switch to when Lord Marrowgar casts Bone Spike Graveyard and why?
The raid members that have bone spike with healer priority. Failure to do this will slow dps (if dps is impaled) or making healing more difficult(if healer is impaled). the longer people are impaled the more raid healing needs to be done and also may cause a tank to get too low and or die. This also ruins the achivement if that is the goal of the night.

2. What must you do when you get the Blood Nova debuff on the Deathbringer Saurfang encounter?
You must make sure you are at least 12 yards away from all other raid members. Which my experience with the fight everyone can be 12 yards apart at all times unless kiting.

3. Why must Shadow Strike be interrupted on the Anub'arak (Heroic) encounter?
It will one shot someone and kill them. In an unlucky situation (seems to be most times) if it shadow strikes the healer it's game over or really difficult. If shadow strike hits also there is a good chance the add will burrow making things also difficult. A lot of times i will help with this with hammer of justice and Holy Wrath spells. Just in case.

4. During Anub'arak (Heroic) how many Permafrost are you limited to per Submerge phase?
There are no more than 4 total in the encounter and they do not respawn so they must be used wisely. I have seen them used a number of different ways. Willing to adjust to however you use them. I have yet to do Anub 25 (Heroic)

Hey Marcell, very excellent application, your answers are filled out perfectly, very detailed responses. Very nicely done. Although we recently recruited a new holy paladin and at this current point we are overflowing with healers (1-2 sat each evening). It wouldn't be fair to a player of your caliber to be potentially excluded from end game content (which may be the case if you joined us). With regret, I do have to deny your application due to the fact we are absolutely full on healers. I wish you luck on your search for a raiding guild, although I know you won't have any issues finding one.
