What is your preferred spec and are you willing to respec to fit the guild's needs? my preferred spec is Arcane , sure will be willin to respec to help out the raid.
What stats to you prioritize for? In addition please give an example of your most used spell or your spell rotation for healing and/or DPSing. well SP is most important but with gear comes SP, so i look for haste and crit. i try to get max haste and crit always maxed with raid buffs. Hit is very important im at max hit for arcane Raider mage. My rotation is at the start of the fight Mirror image, icy veins, arcane power then Arcane blast x3 missle barage procs use arcane missles, then repeat ABx3/arcane missles and keep the rotation going, if it doesnt proc on ABx3 i use arcane barrage sometimes it makes missle barage proc so i can ABx3 to start the rotation over.
Learning PVE encounters can take a lot of time to learn. Do you have a problem with wiping and learning encounters? Nope i always try watchin vids at tankspot or youtube to get an idea of the encounter before we approace it. and i do not mind the wipes people learn from there mistakes and always good to beter ur self.
How do you take criticism about your class and your performance in raids? usualy when the criticism about you or your class or performance its because ur doing something wrong, should always listen and payattention to wat others says so you can increase skills or performance of your class or spec. i have no problem with criticism.
Why did you choose Rogues take zero skill over the other guilds of Arthas? well i have always seen them around sence BC and strong guild that sticks together , never heard any bad things about rtzs , allways good things strong guild aiming for raids and progression.
What is your previous guild history? Why did you leave? [IN DEPTH] im in One devided by zero atm good guild but alot of people missin raids not showing up so im haveing second thoughts about how its lookin, plus the looting system is EPGP i dont like it at all. Prior to this guild i was a MT for HAB Tanked and off Nax 10/25 ulduar 10/25 and hardmodes. Got really burned out from tanking so decided to take a rest went back to school. now im done with school and Raiding again.
What raid experience do you have pre-BC, TBC, and in WOTKL? Please be detailed. In BC i was a healer / pally for Hacked and Gimped guild, Raid every content cleared most of it ,last patch with sunwell wife was pregnaut so i retired for almost1 year till Wotlk came out.
[b]What do you feel you can bring to Rogues take zero skill? Why should we accept you in our ranks? Im a stronger Raider, very smart person and always willin to try to help beat the mechanics of any Raid . fun to be around, always willin to give a helping hand and Respectful person.
With 25 man raids, spots are very competitive and generally are given to the highest performed players. Are you willing to compete for your spot? Are you willing to sit at times? We treat trials with respect and skill is always > seniority. Yes im very competitive for others and my self , i always like to do the best i can and wilin to try new rotation's with diffrent specs and gear. dont have a problem sittin.

Preferably in a raiding environment but if one is not available at least describe where raiding things would be. i use DBM,Recount, Grid debuffs, ive tried others like xpearl and few others but dont like the set up so i basicly set the UI how i like it. 22 inch monitor =D

Here are some specific PVE questions:
1. Which target must the DPS switch to when Lord Marrowgar casts Bone Spike Graveyard and why? Bone spikes to break out out traped members such as healers or DPS. if not broken out fast can result in a wipe or a loss of dps or healer.
2. What must you do when you get the Blood Nova debuff on the Deathbringer Saurfang encounter? you always have to make sure you are 11-12 yards or feet from each player in the raid.
3. Why must Shadow Strike be interrupted on the Anub'arak (Heroic) encounter? it targets diffrent people does massive DMG can easily one shot a Raider.
4. During Anub'arak (Heroic) how many Permafrost are you limited to per Submerge phase? i have done 10 man heroics icc and beleave its 5 in total.
