What is your preferred spec and are you willing to respec to fit the guild's needs?
My preferred spec is mut, but i'm combat right now, meeting the needs of the current guild in lothar i'm in <Good Game> Our progress is 5/5 Heroic 25man ToC, first wing cleared of 25m ICC as for 25man content
What stats to you prioritize for? In addition please give an example of your most used spell or your spell rotation for healing and/or DPSing.
I prioritize the armp do to my spec being combat, although i'm still sadly under the softcap. Once reached i will stat AP because as of 3.3 it scales with my poisons. My spec and rotation are standard to 3.3s changes SnD and evis, this is because rupture was removed from the rotation due to poison changes EJ is my source and i use spreadsheets
Learning PVE encounters can take a lot of time to learn. Do you have a problem with wiping and learning encounters? Not at all
How do you take criticism about your class and your performance in raids? As every person should, i take it well because i understand and pick out my faults to improve
Why did you choose Rogues take zero skill over the other guilds of Arthas? Saw the recruitment video on youtube

What raid experience do you have pre-BC, TBC, and in WOTKL? Please be detailed.
During TBC i played a warrior MTing for a guild on shatterehand named uncontrolled, do to our guild masters daughter getting really sick he had to quit and the guild broke apart. We had illy beans down, later i tanked SWP for a guild named hellborn on S.H.
What do you feel you can bring to Rogues take zero skill? Why should we accept you in our ranks? I believe i can bring an edge to the RTZS dps. Q2: I've progressed through this expansion from the start, like most of you. I have exp and i know how to play my class
With 25 man raids, spots are very competitive and generally are given to the highest performed players. Are you willing to compete for your spot? Are you willing to sit at times? We treat trials with respect and skill is always > seniority.

Here are some specific PVE questions:
1. On the final Phase of the Northrend Beasts encounter what must the targeted raid member and the surrounding members do immediately after Massive Crash? Wow i have a sprint button
2. On Lord Jaraxxus (Heroic) why is it imperative to focus DPS on the Nether Portal until it is dead? 3 ladys = death, BURN THE PORTAL DOWN
3. Why must Shadow Strike be interrupted on the Anub'arak (Heroic) encounter? Cause shadow strike hurts
4. During Anub'arak (Heroic) how many Permafrost are you limited to per Submerge phase? 2, 1 at the north end and one at the south end. First one your suppose to break at the north end and the second one your suppose to waste time with a BoP before you jump, i have my achievement i know what to do. Hey Aaron, sorry for the lack of reply, apparently our DPS recruitment officers are sleeping. Currently we are quite bloated on DPS so unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a position in our raid. I'm sure due to lack of a reply you've already explored other options for a raiding guild, best of luck if you haven't.
