What is your preferred spec and are you willing to respec to fit the guild's needs? My preferred spec is Ret but i'm more than happy to heal.
What stats to you prioritize for? In addition please give an example of your most used spell or your spell rotation for healing and/or DPSing. As Holy i stack Intel and i use Flash of light most of the time until Holy light or Holy shock is needed. As Ret I stack Strength and my normal Rotation is Consencrate, JoW, CS, DS, Exorcism.
Learning PVE encounters can take a lot of time to learn. Do you have a problem with wiping and learning encounters? Nope i sure don't.
How do you take criticism about your class and your performance in raids? If i'm told i'm doing something wrong then i fix it simple as that.
Why did you choose Rogues take zero skill over the other guilds of Arthas? You seem to have good progression and i really like the name lol.
What is your previous guild history? Why did you leave? [IN DEPTH] My Last Guild was Black Cell on the illidan realm and i left because my mother became very ill so i took a leave from wow along with the guild. My current guild is DA BEARS and they don't progress very well.
What raid experience do you have pre-BC, TBC, and in WOTKL? Please be detailed. I Progressed through most of the t5 content in TBC and then WOLTK came out but I done All raids up to 25m ToGc i've only done 3/5 bosses in there because i left my guild at that time when my mother became sick. I've also done 4/4 ICC 10m and got "I've gone and made a mess" Achievement on Deathbringer.
What do you feel you can bring to Rogues take zero skill? Why should we accept you in our ranks? Well i'm looking to dps as Ret but i'm a very good healer i can do whatever you'd like. I'm pretty easy to get along with and fun to be around and i would love to be accepted into the guild.
With 25 man raids, spots are very competitive and generally are given to the highest performed players. Are you willing to compete for your spot? Are you willing to sit at times? We treat trials with respect and skill is always > seniority. Yup yup and yup

Please provide a link to a WWS report for the most recent raid you attended, if possible (WWS will give us a good idea of what you're capable of and also go a long way in helping you get a trial) I'm sorry that my Screenshots are so sloppy its the best xfire will do but thats my dps on Deathbringer it was 5.5k and we got the achieve.
Here are some specific PVE questions:
1. On the final Phase of the Northrend Beasts encounter what must the targeted raid member and the surrounding members do immediately after Massive Crash? Move away as fast as they can.
2. On Lord Jaraxxus (Heroic) why is it imperative to focus DPS on the Nether Portal until it is dead? So the adds do not keep spawning.
3. Why must Shadow Strike be interrupted on the Anub'arak (Heroic) encounter? Because if not there's a good chance it's going to 1 shot someone.
4. During Anub'arak (Heroic) how many Permafrost are you limited to per Submerge phase? 6

WWS is the abbrev. for wowwebstats. You might be more familiar with wowmeteronline. What this is asking for is some type of combat log parse that would give us an idea of what you're capable of doing.

I do think we are looking for a holy pally as a backup raid healer but Im not 100% sure. So a healing officer named markro will be hear shortly so tell you wants up.
Hey Ihealsyou, thanks for taking the time to apply to RTZS. When I look at your armory I see you have logged out in your ret gear, can you possibly change to your holy gear so I can review it. Also, I noticed that your profession is below 300 and you have no secondary profession, is there a reason for that?
Yes i just started playing again recently and before i left WoW a while back I changed my professions and never got them back up i'm going to start working on them tonight or tomarow and sorry for logging out in my Ret gear i have now logged out in my Holy gear it should be updated.
